Welcome to the automatic search option I am glad that you chose the Automatic Search Option. This is one of my favorite search tools. My other search methods are great, but you actually have to come here and sift through many properties before you find exactly what you are looking for. That can be fun, but if you do not find what you are looking for you have to keep coming back. Often enough, if you are after something very desirable, so are other people. These properties do not last long, and you might not be searching during the brief time that the property was actually available. With this method, you can define exactly what you want, and matching property listings will be emailed to you, as they come on the market. I am always in the market for certain types of property, and I use this search option myself. What are you looking for? Our MLS categorizes real estate into 4 distinct categories: Residential, Land, Multi Family, and Commercial. I then make watefront into a separate category for simplicity sake.
